Yep, if you also noticed, there are less books about leadership than self-helps. Like, if these self help books claimed to build a business of their own, how come they didn't mention about how they made it? Most self helps pretty much spew the same thing over and over again.

But the people who wrote the leadership books like Richard Branson, Bob Iger, and Ed Catmull, their stories are too bizarre to be called fiction. Cuz it really happened, and they don't force you at all. If anything, they'll tell you to appreciate the journey. That's why I had no problem reading any leadership books cuz they are like stories with morals.
