This got me thinking a lot.

Perhaps because I'm young and still inexperience in the corporate world, but I'd probably make this person work on his/her own as much as possible, if that's possible. I've met these kinds of people in my own and it's really hard to talk them around.

I don't know, maybe it's just me. My solution was to keep working at home to avoid those people.
